Terms and Conditions


The following is the Agreement entered into between you and us regarding use of 24/Seven MoveIT – Labor Moving Service movers and services purchased through or from us. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Labor Moving Service”, “24/Seven MoveIT Movers” refer to 24/Seven MoveIT – Labor Moving Service. “Service” means packing materials/supplies, personnel for packing, loading, unloading, furniture movement, equipment, transportation, and/or related services. The term “you” refers to: (i) you individually, (ii) any other person for whom you are legally authorized to act, and (iii) any other person who is legally authorized to act for you, in connection with movement and/or storage of your household goods and personal effects (“goods”) “Hourly Service Charges” All charges for Hourly Service are based on time, which shall be computed by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the amount of time required to provide service. Each labor moving service has a minimum hours charge, additional time beyond the minimum charge is billable at the “Additional hourly rate”. The additional hourly rate is pro-rated to the nearest ¼ hour. If you need to use a truck it is a one time price (listed on your invoice). (No mileage fee or gas fee if moving within a 20 mile radius. If moving further than 20 miles there is an additional Fuel & Mileage fee outlined on your invoice.

SERVICE CHARGES

Local The two hour minimum rate is still required in full in the event service is completed before the two hours elapse.
If you are not ready for Service when personnel arrive. Hourly Service Charge will still begin from the arrival time, specified at the time of scheduling.. In the event your Service cannot be performed, once personnel arrives on site you will be charge the total 2 hour minimum requirement.


NOTICE OF LIMITED LIABILITY Our liability for damages is limited to our time on site, once we depart your location we no longer maintain any liability for damages. We ask that you inspect your belongings before our movers start & depart your location. Our mover will also alert you if they find anything that they believe to be damaged before packing. We ask that someone with authority over your items in connection with the move be on site at all times. TRUCK USAGE If you rent a truck through us it is a Fleet Truck or a standard U Haul rental. All Trucks are insured. In the event something happens to your belongings in transit it will be covered by the truck company.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD FEES If your home present irregular conditions ie: harsh permeating smells, fumes or gases, excessive filth including but not limited to animal or human waste, used medical waste, or pest infestations, an additional

ENVIRONMENTAL FEE of $25.00 per hour will be charged per hour. Crew members will postpone the move up to 30,minutes to secure proper items to successfully move your items.

CANCELLATION FEE- If you cancel within 24 hours there is no fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours you will forgo your deposit. Due to us being unable to book another client in that time slot.

INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTICE- In the event there is severe weather on the day of your move, your move may be POSTPONED, OR CANCELLED if it present a danger or hazard to the crew or customer. We will still try to adhere to the schedule but we will not give any discounts or prorates for late arrivals or postponements.
